The device I made is an electric toothbrush. The bottom is detachable to allow for batteries, and the top is also removable. On an actual electric toothbrush, the top would vibrate and can be replaced when worn. This model made extensive use of the shell tool, which allows for the body to be hollow and makes it possible for the separate pieces of the toothbrush to be held together. I'd wanted the body of the toothbrush to be a bit more rounded and not so abruptly conical at the top, but I couldn't figure out a way to make that happened so I used the loft tool to create the sloping top.
